Hello All,

I am having a bit of a tough time with basis, I go through the problems through becker and wiley, but Basis is just not sticking. Does anyone have any sort of tips or cheat sheets regarding basis…….I am looking at Becker book and Ninja notes, and it makes sense ….but then when I try the problems it all seems to go south…..Thanks for anyone that can help much appreciated

Constant Pain Again Post some of the questions and I will see if I can help. Each question may have it's own little nuance that isn't sticking and it is easier to answer a question as there may be one little part that is hanging you up that once you get it, you will think “Oh! Excellent!”. Especially since there are a few rules that change depending on partnership, S-Corp and C-Corp as well as whether you are looking at the individual basis or the business basis.
