Hi! I am absolutely pathetic with tax stuff — does anyone know what the official authoritative hierarchy of tax resources is? I assume the Internal Revenue Code comes first, but honestly I remember in college getting my butt kicked always by these questions — despite thorough internet and textbook research. Does anyone know the order?
