Hey all,

I have AUD in 2 days and I am worried I am not ready. I scored on 70 and 73 on the Becker Mocks. My study plan has been to handwrite all my notes and then re-type them and focus on that study guide and MC questions the past few days. I am familiar with most topics but not a master at all. I have not memorized the Audit Reports, but know what goes in them and all sections, etc. I know these are tests you never feel “prepared for”, but any last second tips or relevant experience confidence booster is welcomed!

From what I've seen often times people's scores on the actual exam are higher than the scores on the Becker practice exams. Your method of studying sounds very solid. It's not necessary to memorize the audit report word for word, just knowing what goes where will get you through the majority of the questions.

Just remember your smart test taking strategy, especially on Audit as it is so subjective.
Read the question and then read the answers. Try to eliminate 2 right off the bat, and then make your best educated choice from the remaining two.
Don't get caught up on any single MCQ. Keep moving forward leaving as much time as possible for the SIMs.
70 and 73 on a Becker mock exam is respectable. Also be sure to check out the AICPA sample tests to get a feel for the SIMs, you'll be glad you did.

I scored a 65 and a 79 on Wiley AUD mocks (only MCQs, no sims) and ended up with a 83. For Becker, I'm sure with Becker, you will do even better 🙂 Best of luck!
