So apparently there’s supposed to be a huge snow storm here in Maryland and I just got an e-mail from Prometric saying that the testing site will be closed. So I’m trying to re-schedule my exam but the site is down for maintenance. Anyone else having this problem?

I’m pissed because I feel like I’m ready for my REG re-take. I just want to take this exam and get my life back for a little bit before the next section.

Now that I'm able to reschedule, it's trying to charge me a $78 fee. Does anyone know how to reschedule without the fee? I guess I'll have to call tomorrow.

I've had this problem before – you need to call them and you can reschedule over the phone without any fee. As far as I know there isn't any way to reschedule the exam online without being charged the fee.

You just have to call the number given to reschedule for free. I had to do it today, and was able to reschedule with no issues.
