I’m taking REG on Friday I have a solid grasp on everything except tax for corporations. Everything else I get 70% to near perfect on the Wiley book and test bank. Will I be okay if I don’t even look at C and S corps? I can’t really reschedule because it will fall out my NTS and there’s no seats for next week.

You need to know EVERYTHING. Given that REG is 60% tax per the content outline specifications, I'd recommend NOT skipping out on anything tax related.

I am feeling shaky on corporations as well….I am very solid on all other aspects of REG (or so I THINK…until I get in there on Saturday and want to cry). I have been hammering MCQ's for corporations ALL DAY and all day yesterday trying to get the information into my brain. I am pathetic on the corporate tax SIMS. Pathetic. MCQ's I think I could pull out.

Whenever I felt that way about a topic on an exam, I committed that within the next hour, half hour, day, I would learn ONE more thing about it. Then I'd commit to learning ONE more thing again. When the exam came I wouldn't consider myself on top of that subject but be glad I knew at least 4-5 things down pat about it.
