I have an REG exam on Saturday. This is my first exam. Can we get coffee coffee during break or can I sneak in some small energy shot and Kit Kat in my pocket? What do you guys suggest to bring with me on the exam day (besides my ID and NTS….)

    Thank you!

Good luck on 2/11!! I am one of those wackos that doesn't take a break except on Audit. For me, I felt like I needed every minute on REG, and for me, those 3 hours go by fast, I really didn't need a break. I should say that they make you empty your pockets, so you can't carry snacks in them ;(

But in case you want a break, you should go for it. At my prometric they give us a locker and a key. So, you could put your candy, water, etc in there and grab when you need a break. And the place isn't so big, so taking a break doesn't eat a ton of time either.

I go light on liquids the morning of, drink a coffee on the bus to the testing center and don't take any breaks. My bladder typically feels fine until halfway through the SIMS, then I just HTFU.

Go easy on the liquids before the exam to avoid any unnecessary breaks. However, if you really want to take a break, then make sure to look around your test room to see if anybody else has stepped out. In my experience checking back in takes longer than taking the pee, especially if there are people ahead of you coming back. Just a heads up since you are taking REG and will be strapped for time.

    Good luck!

Thanks. Yeah, I took BEC in November and took a bathroom break before the TBS's. Checking back in took 15 minutes! I was behind two other yo-yo's.

Thanks everyone! Very good advice, will skip taking break all together. My exam is at 1300 so I can plan having food and coffee well ahead of time to avoid any loss of time for the break.
