Adoption expense credit refundable or not?

    Wiley text book question # 200 says Adoption expense credit is non refundable but in the notes page 468 it says it is refundable. What am i missing? I think my mind is freezing from all day reading……….

    For 2012 the Adption Credit will be available but will NOT be refundable and the maximum credit per child will be $12,650, adjusted upwards for inflation…

    B - 62, 70, 72, 79!!!
    A - 68, 81
    R - 70, 82
    F - 84
