I have 8 days until REG. I have put in more study time than I care to admit. I am exhausted and hoping I can squeak by this test with a 75 at least. I am still reviewing information but I get tangled with a few things. Especially business law. How many questions do you think actually pertain to BL? Everything else seems to be coming together. Its not imperitive that I pass REG first time around, but it would be nice. Any advice from you guys that have taken and passed REG? MUCHO appreciated.

I am using Wiley as my main, NINJA MCQ’s and Roger cram. Roger cram has helped in some of my weaker areas like AMT and basis.

don't worry about b law, concentrate on tax. there's no sims on b law and you'll get about 5-6 questions on the mcq. my study group of 4 completely ignored it and we all passed with scores in the high 70s. spend your time on c and s corps

I realize that I failed my 1st time with reg, but I only had about 5 wks study time with full time work and I wasted almost 2 wks of it on blaw thinking I needed to study it. the next time I didn't bother with it knowing it was worth the time.

Great! I have been working full time, studying and doing my Masters courses. I have two kids also. Thank God for my husband. I struggle with business law questions. My score for business law is 53%. I have been doing taxes for 14 years and haven't really ever dealt with business law much so I am unsure why it's even on the exam. We have attorneys for those matters. LOL
