I guess that I am supposed to keep practicing but anyways, right now I keep scoring 40s in practice MCQ. Somehow I only know 15% or get 15% of Federal Taxation of Property Transactions right, even though I read it all once and took notes on it before. Entities is 21%, Business law is 36%, Individual is 50%, Tax Process is 51% and Ethics is 63%.

Good course of action to work towards scoring in 80s from here?

When are you planning to take the test? For property you have write down the explanation of the ones you get wrong, and then figure out what rule is it that you have to apply for that specific situation. For entities, do the same, if you get it wrong, write it down and figure out whats the rule behind it. But also, I recommend you to make charts listing each entity and plug the rules in the chart so you do not confuse S corps rules with partnership or C corps rules. Entities and property are the topics you want to know in and out, left to right, forward and backwards. I cannot emphasize how much you need to know them with words. I budgeted 150 hours for REG, and I spent 90 hours on just those 2 topics.
