2014 Reg Changes?

    My test is tomorrow and I haven’t had a chance to listen through all of the Ninja Audio update. The only change from 2013 to 2014 I do know is Section 179. Does anybody else know the changes I’ll need to know?

    Studying with Wiley Review, Wiley Test Bank, Ninja Audio.

    Does anyone have actual confirmation from someone in authority that the 2014 changes are actually being tested? Anyone I have spoken to in real life says that the changes are not tested until the following year. I am curious why everyone says the changes are already being tested on this forum. Does anyone have an email or confirmation from someone at the AICPA or something like that?

    It's on the AICPA's website under their new pronoucement policy.

    2014 Tax law is now tested…the rule is 6 mo after enactment date or effective date – whichever is later.

    So…effective Jan 2014 … tested July 2014.

    Are there any other updates for REG aside from section 179?
