I am going to pick up my Wiley Regulation book the 3rd time at the end of 2012 Year. Since Dec. testing window is closed, I can only sign up for Jan/Feb 2013. Can I still use 2012 Wiley studying material and other testing banks for 2012? I just can’t imagine going through a new book after studying the book twice….
