2 questions about REG

Hey All,

Taking REG next week I have 2 questions

1. Not sure if you can answer this, but it seems to me that only 2010 numbers were being tested up to recently. Question, are 2011 numbers being tested yet?

2. I saw the thread regarding Organizational Expenses and Start Up costs. Based on what I read my understanding is that the change applies to both Corporations and Partnerships and is only applicable to 2010. So, correct me if I’m wrong but if I get a question on 2011, it goes back to 5/50 rule for both partnerships and corporations? and if I get 2010 I use the new rule for start-up costs for both partnership and corporations?

* the confusion comes from the fact that Becker update only marks the change for corporations but says nothing about partnerships
