Overall, the MCQ were fair, except for BLAW. What an effing joke, every question was a vague 1 liner from the book. The AICPA really needs to re-evaluate this part of the exam. Very illogical that something only 17% of the exam has this wealth of material. Test the concepts, not “memorize line 17 page 285” .

The SIMS…damn I wish I could devulge them just to show how studying sims is USELESS if you get the ones I did. 4 of them were small topics that you would never in a million years believe the AICPA turned into a sim. The 5th was your typical POS waste of time DRS that just needs to go away. The highlight of the sims… I got the research in 15 seconds!!!

@hasy, every exam is different, his might have been really difficult for Blaw and yours are basic. Mine was very simple when it came to Blaw.

Hasy – looks like we are in the same boat. Pass REG this month and DONE. I took the exam yesterday – SIMs were BRUTAL. After so much studying (I've failed this section twice before) I still had several catch me totally off guard. Left feeling so defeated. Praying for a miracle.
