    Hey everyone,

Just took reg last week and feel like I should have done better than I did. This whole cpa exam process has me really stressed out and depressed. Does anyone have any times where they think they failed but actually passed. I just can’t find the strength to keep going and no one around me really understands my pain because they’re not accountants. Thank you guys in advanced.

    Bec- 79
    Reg- waiting for results
    Aud- taking 6/1/17
    Far- taking 9/1/17

Let me just say, I have felt that way for each exam I've taken to date.

All three were unbelievable…took FAR first, couldn't believe the stuff that was being asked. Looked up some of the answers after getting out, and was so defeated given that I hadn't gotten them correct. However, I managed to come out with an 89, much to my surprise.

Now, BEC was even worse. I was absolutely convinced that I had failed…(IT was like a foreign language). A month later, I checked my score and got an 87. Again, very surprised.

I just recently took REG this past Saturday. Again, have no positive feelings about the test. However, I felt better with this one than I had with BEC, but still not confident I DIDN'T fail… Unfortunately, I now have to wait until mid-August to get this score, which I'm completely putting out of my mind, or it will drive me insane (not to mention I have audit at the end of the month).

Keep your head up. It is by no means an easy test. Right up there with the BAR exam, and one of the tougher qualifying exams out there. But, you can and will get through this!! Good luck!

    FAR TBD (8/02/2016)

    AUD --

I walked out of FAR feeling like I rocked the MCQs but did okay on the last 3 sims. The first 5 sims, I thought I held my own.

With that said, I think I passed. In fact, I would be quite surprised if my score was below 75. Maybe I'm being overconfident, hopefully I'm right as from what I've read before and within this thread, when you think you passed, somehow you fail.

T-minus 105 days and 2 exams until the jury gets in.

Quick Question Guys: Is it possible to overstudy for the exams? What I mean by that is, “Does studying past a certain point have a reverse effect on your performance”?

I just kind of feel burnt out because I spend a lot of time studying on each section. I have taken BEC and passed, took REG in April and I am now taking Audit on 7/5/17. I just feel like I over study or study the wrong material too much I guess. Plus it seems like the faster you take it the better chance you have because it seems like your score is based on other test takers. My girlfriend took audit and got a 69 and retook the test like 2-3 weeks later and got an 89. It almost makes no sense. I don't know, what are your thoughts?

    The opposite experience.
I was damn sure I passed REG.
I thought it was so easy and got a 73.
This time I felt I screwed up so much and thought these months of studying was such a waste of time. I hope this means a pass!
