This is my last CPA exam and I didn’t have as much time to prepare because I was trying to cram it in before the new format takes effect.

I felt pretty bad at the end of the test. Is how hard your testlet gets really a good indicator of how well you did on the previous set of mcq? My experience was medium testlet, hard, then hard. It’s difficult to say if it was hard just because I was ill prepared or if it was actually hard. None of the questions were straightforward and werre often testing more than one rule or an exception to a rule, which left me flagging the majority of the questions.

The simulation was decent, thankfully. They threw somethings distractors in there, that I’m still not sure about, but for the most part I think it was ok.

On a research question, if they ask you what “section” do you only list up to the section? This confused me because in Ninja I would get it wrong if I put in the paragraph as well. But in this case, there was a blank for the paragraph #, and the paragraph more specificaly located the information than just the section. Hope that is not too much info that will get me in trouble.
