    I left Prometric Testing Center an hour ago, finishing REG. I was well prepared for the MCQ and feel that I did well.

    Testlet 1 – finished in 25 minutes and spent 10 minutes reviewing (found I selected one wrong answer)

    Testlet 2 – definitely “harder,” got several challenging MCQs, finished in 50 minutes and spent 10 minutes on review (felt great about all but 2 answer choices (upon checking when I got home – missed one but got the other one)

    Testlet 3 – mostly challenging MCQs but I don’t know if I got a difficult or medium. Judging off Testlet 1, Testlet 3 was difficult. Finished in 43 minutes – rushing myself in the last 4 – but drew “medium” MCQs (most challenging MCQs were in the first 20 questions of Testlet 3). I reviewed my flagged answers (3 of them) in 2 minutes – could not review all bc of time.

    TBS – SIM 1 (No Problems), SIM 2,3,5,6 (VERY HARD), SIM 4 was Tax Research and not a problem. Once I finished SIM 1, I had 40 minutes to go (this is where panic and anxiety hit me for the first time all day!) I took down the Tax Research SIM and had 35 minutes remaining. I quickly (10 seconds) ranked the 4 remaining sims correlating to my REG knowledge. I got SIM 2 (now I know it was All wrong) and SIM 5 (now know I hit 3/7) done with 12 minutes remaining. At this point I thought “this could be the difference btw pass or fail,” so I banged out SIM 3 in less than 3 minutes – using my gut instincts (now know I hit 3/6). SIM 6 was brutal… very math intensive… and a lot to do… and not enough time. I had about 8 minutes but it felt like 10 seconds. I completed all that I could. I reached the halfway point of the SIM and time expired.

    Can someone tell me my odds? I think my score is going to be very close to 75, but with TBS in REG worth 40%, and my performance on similar exams in college, I don’t feel lady luck is on my side. Wish I didn’t spend 20+ minutes in review of the MCQs – but I was still on pace with Becker’s recommendation. TBS were ridiculous. Im going to get a beer…

    Congrats DMaddness. I had a very similar REG experience as you. Hopefully I receive the same results when I find out tomorrow.

    @BKoolaid

    How did your results pan out?

    I have a question for you. How much study time did you take for FAR? I see three months b/w your Audit retake; nice work on Audit rd. 2. I have a month to study before I go in for FAR rd. 1.
