I think a little less than half of the multiple choice questions were business law or ethics related (Becker R6-R8).. I know the second section portion of the multiple choice is supposed to be more difficult than the first section – should I be worried?

Also, has anyone else ever gotten a simulation regarding tax preparer penalties? I was able to find the (hopefully correct) answers through the authoritative literature but wasn’t sure about some of them..

Unfortunately I don’t think there’s any way I passed today and I’ll start studying the new material that’s supposed to be testable starting 2019 tomorrow 🙁

I only studied R1-R5, contracts, agency, and ethics. Half of my MCQ's were from R6-R8 and I didn't get the research question and passed with a 79. You'll be alright.

@tanner I had one research question on the first sims section and it was about an individual receiving income from the job he held two months ago.. I think it was related to independent contractors but I couldn't for the life of me find the relevant info from the AL.. so there's another question I definitely got wrong..
