Hi guys!
I am a morning person. So I wake up at 5am and I study but for some reason I start to get distracted after an hour or 40 mins after I study. I try to take a break. But I wanted to check if that’s normal. Or is it too long or too short to take a break before I jump in to the next study session. I am not a night time. I struggle to study at night. I am more distracted at night after 10 hours of work.
My second problem is my knees or joints and my butt hurts me when I sit or sit more than 30 mins. Do you guys have that? Lol! It takes my focus away! Thanks for your tips.
A little about me. I am studying Reg. I plan to take the exam in about 3 to 4 weeks. I have Roger. I work 40-50 hours per week. I have an hour lunch break but I also sit at my desk. I try to move around every now and then. Any idea?
