How long did you leave for your SIMS and was it enough time? I feel like in my practice, some of the SIMS are super long. Not hard, just LONG…and just will take a lot of time just because of how long they are.

On the actual exam did you get super long ones and short ones? I don’t want to rush through MCQ to get to the SIMS, but the first time I took FAR I ran out of time (and got a 74!!!) So I just don’t want to make that same mistake! Thanks!

I left about 90 minutes for my SIMS and I felt it was the perfect amount of time. I was able to go through each simulation multiple times, especially for the little details, and was even able to use the AL for a lot of them.

First time for my 66 I left about 60 minutes and rushed through the SIMS. Definitely was an absolute mess. For my retake I completed about 80 practice simulations using Becker and A71 Sims (which I highly reccomend).

Same. 1.5 hours. It was enough for me to answer every question and search the AL for all of them.
