Hi! I am in need of lots of advice. I am taking REG for the fourth time and I am super disappointed that I’ve been at this for over 7 months and have not passed REG. I received my feedback, score 73:

Ethics & Legal Responsibilites – Stronger

Business Law – Comparable

Federal Tax Process – Weaker

Taxation on Property Transactions – Stronger

Taxation on Individuals – Weaker

Taxation on Entities – Weaker

Multiple Choice – Weaker

Simulations – Weaker

I have no idea how to go about studying for this again. I have been using Gleim (I do not recommend) and the ten point ninja combo after the second fail. Does anyone have any advice on how I can pass this exam?

Also what topics should I focus on for the Federal Tax Process – my last three exams have been weak.

get rid of gleim and get either wiley or ninja testbank – then hone in on your weak areas. Also, you may want to consider using some lectures – I failed reg 4 or 5 times, then I got Roger's cram and passed on the first try.

Probably too late to start a new Review Course now, but I really love Yaegar. You might want to look into it for your other sections if you haven't already bought something else.

cpareviewforfree.com also has great MCQ's for REG. I also found the Ninja audio for REG super helpful especially for breaking down the key points on b-law topics that were difficult to memorize because there were so many nuances.

*Edit I mainly used cpareviewforfree for REG questions, I found the law questions too wordy.
