I passed the exams in February (last window) I sent to NASBA to ask them about the congratulation letter first they answered me but i didn’t received any congratulation letter and now i already sent 3 emails to to ask them again and no one reply

I need answers please,

First, my NASBA profile still shows the expired date for the 4 parts, is that ok?

And how can i prove to my employer that i passed the 4 parts, can NASBA send me email attached with a soft copy for the congratulation letter .

From my understanding, the congratulatory letters come from the state boards not Nasba. Try contacting them to see if it's a hang up on their end.

I think some people in the past mentioned it took a few months to get their congratulatory letters.

Could you show your employer the “Score Notification” form instead? On the last exam you took, it shows the previous 3 sections too as “PASSED”.

I don't know if this applies but did you pass the ethics exam too? Maybe they don't send anything out until you pass the ethics portion?
