I promised myself a Bespoke business suit. In the $2000-$3000 range. Yeah, I am a clothes horse. I have even picked out the fabric.

I am curious as to what else my fellow candidates have promised themselves.

I'm making him take me. He's the one that offered.

I should mention he's also a CPA. Go figure.

@Bobcat87… After I took AUD and went through my lucky routine and then we went to this great burger joint in Denver called “My Brother's Bar.” If you can't handle sloppy burgers don't go and it goes right along with the DQ which was our reward when I was young so I try to keep the family tradition going.

For the New Year… I wish you nothing but a passing score with a greasy burger and DQ to celebrate. No luck needed… work hard… and crush it!!!

@CorporetteCPA… It is a very sweet, expensive ride and probably too much of a reward for the CPA. After being through the Corp Exec wars the past 10 years… I deserve it. REG is a tough one unless your already tax… so study hard and be consistent.

By the way… I promptly downloaded the first vampire, zombie, the world is going to hell book I could find.

@Garion – I'll have to check that place out next time I'm in Denver. I go to Colorado a couple times a year from work (from Texas). Last time I was there I went to Biker Jims and Fat Sullys… good stuff.

I was there during both the wild fires and the flooding the following year. The staff said that us auditors were extremely bad luck apparently and shouldn't be allowed back there again.

Just found out today I passed my final part…I have celebrated with a nice bottle of cabernet! Alone, since my wife is a nurse and is working a night shift tonight haha! Honestly, the feeling alone is celebration enough when you see the PASS on the final part.

@Garion- Believe it or not, I used to have one. My parents are very generous and bought my sister and I new cars when we graduated college if we maintained a certain GPA.

I had it for about 4-5 months before it was stolen out of my garage. I took the settlement from the insurance company and bought a 4Runner. Much more practical for a recent grad with an entry level salary. Put the extra money towards my grad school. Practicality sucks sometimes.

Already booked and paid for a trip to Costa Rica in Summer of 2015 in anticipation of passing….overconfident? Maybe haha.

Also, my wife said I can buy my fishing boat when I pass…so that will be in the cards this summer as well.

The main thing though…I'll have my life back and that's priceless!

I really just want to spend my day after passing like this:

Have breakfast at my favorite diner

    Play golf

Have a delicious burger lunch after my round

Have a nice hot shower and watch the Warriors play

I can only dream for now.

I figured it out! I'm allowing myself to binge watch Breaking Bad. I've watched 2.5 of the 5 seasons in the past week!

I'll probably reward myself with a car. Something completely impractical and not fitting the accountant stereotype of beige Camry without any options. Maybe a 2011ish Zo6 Corvette or 2002ish Dodge Viper GTS (which I wanted when I was a student with a few hundred dollars to my name).
