@IB553-
1)According to my case, it took about 2-3 weeks for me to get my notice from NASBA after I submit everything (CED and my US transcript). Each person may have different situations so the time may depends. What I suggest that, you just shoot an email to the email address I gave you and check if they have got everything they need from you or CED.
Also, you must have candidate application guides. You can go through quickly. Some information is very useful.
2) It really depends. But what I can say is, you cannot get your notice overnight…:) Since we are international candidates, I suggest, once you figure out the test window you would like to take, maybe give a couple of weeks ahead?
3)Well, I do remember that there is another organization that doing the same thing as CED. But once CED has confirmed your credits from foreign study, you should be all set. I think the test center only is in charge of reviewing US side information. Sorry, I didn't think that much when I applied. But after NASBA received my CED revaluation, they didn't reject my APP so I assumed CED's evaluation is the one for MA international candidates.
3) Sorry, I am not sure about your qualification. CED is the one that can evaluate the total of your credits here. 🙁
4) I think so…I am non-reporting and I put CPA after my name on linkedin…
