Finally, my one year and a half suffering time is paid off!! I got my license today from MA board!! YAY!!

I really appreciate everyone’s help in A71–all encouraging words, all the helpful test tips and all the great advices on my career!

@Shan I see you scored a 60 in FAR and then passed with 80! That's impressive. When did you take the exam and how did you manage that? I failed FAR with 69 in Jan 2014. Can you give me some advice on how to study? FYI, I use Becker.

Ok, my pride & joy finally came in the mail today, my wall certificate!!! Since the state cashed my $50 check for it (2 ish weeks ago??) I've been running to the mailbox every day… today, arrival!!!! I know it was officially official when I got my license number but I wanted that non-depreciable tangible asset!!!!

Nbad: How wonderful! The certificate is almost as beautiful as you are! Congratulations! What part of Georgia are you from? I went to high school in Columbus and my family is from Albany/Leesburg.

I also received my license (IL) today but it's quite the let down. It's small and quite frankly a little cheap looking. ILBOA sent a wall certificate also and it is a little nicer. Regardless, I am licensed

and tomorrow… I am going frame shopping!

It's still so weird thinking back. Nearly all of 2013 was spent studying. What do I do in 2014?? I still can't believe I'm completely finished.

@Lily Yes, do EVERY question in Becker multiple times until you can get them 100% correct.

@neika, I'm right there with you. After quite a hiatus, I finally started studying again right at the very beginning of 2013 and finished up near mid-November. After passing, I had no idea what to do with myself because I fell into such a routine of working and studying. I'm finally mentally getting back into the mind-set that I have time to enjoy other things.

The best advice I can give to those who have just passed, just get out there and do whatever it is that you want to do. Enjoy!

Holy crap, I am very angry today. I submitted by application to the Arizona Board of Accountancy on December 19th. The certification committee finally met yesterday to discuss my application and they pushed me back another month while they figure out if my ACC 350 class is considered upper division or not! To my knowledge all classes 300 and above are considered upper division. This means that the earliest I can get my licensee it May 5th. So angry! I feel like going Hulk on these people.

Has anyone else had this kind of problem before. Maybe all I can do is vent but any comments or advice is welcome.
