How could it happen that after all 4 section pass, there are still expiration dates on 4 sections?

If it's the 18-month dates, then they're probably just still in the system – my final congratulatory letter still showed the expiration dates, even though all 4 were complete. If it's a different date, it may be possible that a certain states requires you be licensed within a certain timeframe. My understanding is that if you take the test outside the US, the exams expire after a certain number of years, not sure if they expire when taken within the US in some states or not.
