Completing forms 4 and 4B – Date Question

    For the dates requested on the forms it says format mo/day/year. If you don’t know the exact day, but pretty sure of month and year, how are you completing this? Do you default to the 1st or just use month/year?

    I can’t imagine them being that picky, but would hate to get screwed over not remember or having exact to the day dates noted.

    REG - 70,61,81 Pass DONE DONE DOOOOONNEEE!!!!!!!!
    BEC - 79 - Pass
    FAR - 70,82 - Pass

    so1913 – what state is this for and are you filling in the work experience piece or the dates you sat for the exam piece?

    This is for NY state, its for my prior work experience dates going back from 2002 to 2005 on Form 4.

    AUD - 90 Pass
    REG - 70,61,81 Pass DONE DONE DOOOOONNEEE!!!!!!!!
    BEC - 79 - Pass
    FAR - 70,82 - Pass

    Oh, I gotcha. I'm in New York State too. I don't know the answer to that one, but I have had three separate questions about tForms 4 and 4B today and I have called the State Board each time and the lady was really nice and very helpful. The third time she recognized my voice and just laughed at me for calling her so much. So if you can't get an answer on here, it's super easy to call the state board. Congrats on your pass!!!
