    Hey Scholars

Does anyone know which review course or courses prepare you well on the new 2011 TBS?

I heard Becker didn’t do a good job on that one

I m having AUD next wed, and been using Becker…but I read some of the post indicating the TBS on the actual exam are much differ from Becker’s..

    Please Help!

I hadn't answered until now because I really don't have an answer.

I never prepped for the TBS for AUD or the 2010 simulations as a format like I did with the MCQs. I didn't think it was necessary. Plus, I'm not sure how much the review courses can anticipate this early what types of TBS that will be encountered.

    BEC - 10/18/2010 - 79
    FAR - 10/28/2010 - 82
    AUD - 11/04/2010 - 73; 02/18/2011 - 86 - IT'S OVER!!!!!!
    REG - 11/21/2010 - 83

Gleim TBS review is great. Just like taking the real exam. $100 per section. It's web based.

I personally don't recommend studying simulations. If you know the material for the MCQs, you can handle the sims. You only need to practice the sim format at cpa-exam.org.

You could practice 10 sims and get none of them on your exam topic-wise. Master the MCQs is my advice…and most courses license their questions from the same source: the AICPA.

I took Roger CPA Review and passed with flying colors. There's a lot of reviews on the web also if you need more input. Good luck
