How do you sign your name after you are a licensed CPA?

For example, on a official company document, do you sign your name AND sign “CPA” or do you just sign your name and leave the “CPA” off?

I think that it is ultimately a personal preference. I sign mine with both. Mainly for internal purposes I leave the “,CPA” off, but for external documents and for client purposes I andd it to my signature.
