What's the difference between on demand and text?

For Virginia, I have to take and pass with a 90% or higher, an ethics course. Not sure what the difference is between the on demand and text versions and I dont see it on the site. Does anyone know?

It is my understanding that text = actual book. On demand = PDF or CD with PDF of book on it. You want the PDF version.
