Check your state board site and see about the ethics exam. Also, I have seen where Jeff has posted just mail in your forms don't wait for them to send you info…I know for IL all the stuff is link clickable…so you know which ethics exam is acceptable and you know what forms to mail in after you are done.

    And again congrats!n

Ok, I live in TN as well. I got my final passing score in early February. I have also passed the ethics exam. I emailed the state boards only to find out that their location in Nashville was flooded. However, after emailing them, I received a letter from the board along with my CPA application within a week’s time. I am just waiting on the board to approve my application. Just go to the state site and email them or call and request the application. I couldn’t find it anywhere online. You should receive it within a week or so from emailing them. They were surprisingly very responsive to my email. Boards website is on nasba.org

Where do you get the forms from? I was registered to take the CPA in PA and passed all four parts back in February 2010 and still haven't received anything in the mail…not even a congratulatory letter and I'm starting to get really worried :(n
