What the title says. I am thinking of taking it to the shooting range with 2-3lbs of tannerite under each section, using my AK (Arsenal SGL 21) and sending it sky high blowing it up in little pieces.n

They seem too expensive to throw away or burn. My guess is they will continue to collect dust for many years until I finally toss them. Of course, I still have my old 2001 materials, but those are going in the trash this winter when I clean out that room.n

I swore to myself that I would do something drastic after completing (finally) the exam. I didnt unfortunately, but the simple act of throwing them in the garbage was FANTASTIC!!!!

Is everyone going to hate me if I say I'm actually planning on keeping them? Definitely FAR and AUD at least… I already know how the books are organized so it'll be easy to find information in them and I think the FAR book definitely has some good tidbits in there I may want to look up my first year on the job…. just my .02 🙂

This BEC book is definitely going to be ripped up and used as packing paper for my dishes when I move out of my one bedroom apartment though!!! 😀

    AUD-99 (8/23)
    BEC-90 (10/1)

Hey – glad to see you finished up! Congratulations! Was looking for a post with your good news. What was the key for nailing BEC for you?

What are your plans now? Some R&R?

You guys are hilarious! (I ended up mailing all my mine to someone who was starting to study) Treat your final score report, congratulatory letter and certificate better!

    I really can't pass again!

cpa journey – thanks for the well wishes. unfortunately – i dont know what the key was for passing….i guess just keeping at it. I finally passed BEC on try#7 and i felt equally prepared on each one. I just kept thinking that at some point something had to give…Finally the CPA Gods gave me a hand…

This post is something I can only dream about. I don't even want to read it because it is like some unattainable fantasy, like Johnny Depp showing up at my door right now. Yet, I can't help myself. Ahhhhhh, to imagine what I will do with the pile of $h!+ I tote around with me everyday. Burn it? Toss it? Keep it around to remind me of the most challenging thing I have ever tried to accomplish? Passing this exam is possible and I have to keep reminding myself I can do this.

You “CPA's” are such a tease with this… I can't wait to be in your position. You have earned it! It is going to be sooooooooooo worth it in the end and I can't wait to have such a decision in my life. Enjoy your well-deserved freedom and know you will never have to open that CPA review again!
