Hi can someone tell me what the ethics course is all about? I get a link to buy the book or the CD.. what happens after you buy the material? Is this a prometric administered exam or something else? any inputs?

I'm in CA but I think even for the one from AICPA is an online test. You should get all the questions with the material so it is open book. Then once you have all the questions answered you go online and put in the answers. It is graded immediately, for CA you need to get a 90. You should get three attempts and then you have to buy the material again. But I would double check because I know CA's is different.

Ethics is an open book test. In your state you get a choice of Book or CD. In California we get to choose between book or online (PDF). I always recommend going digital so you can use CTRL “F” to search the digital files instead of flipping through pages and using a millioin post-it notes.

You get to take this test at your leisure at home. No time limit.
