I took the REG exam yesterday and was very upset after the test. I totally did not have enough time to finish the test and would definitely be expecting a FAIL…. I went through the simulation questions in the Becker software and my experience was that I usually would be able to finish one simulation question in about 15-20 mins, so I though leaving 1 hr for the two simulations in the exam would be enough, boy I was so wrong!!! The simulations I got in my exam were both sooooo long with soooo many calculations and tabs….I only typed two sentences in my second simulation….

Anyways, I so expect to take the exam again. I guess the re-apply process is very much like the 1st application? Roughly one month and half to get the NTS?

I think now that you are approved to sit for the exam – NTS shouldn't take longer than 7 days. At least that's how it always worked for me. Just call CPA exam services.
