I just finished F9 last week and now I am beginning my 3 week countdown until the exam. My plan is to review each chapter for a day or two, looking through the chapter at highlighted and underlined (BECKER) material, reviewing my personal notes, reviewing flashcards frequently, and, of course, doing lots of MCQ.
I decided to try something new, and I think it’s going to work. On my iPhone, I am utilizing the Voice Memo function. I am recording my self explaining acronyms, mnemonics, lists, anything that I think will be best retained through repetition. I hit the pause button between and now have a sound file for F1 so far. I plan to make one for each chapter. I will put each on my iPod so that I can listen to it when I jog and when I drive to/from work for the next couple weeks. It also helps just saying these things out loud to record them (similar to how tutoring and teaching help you learn and reinforce concepts by requiring you to verbally communicate an idea clearly).
Hope this helps you guys like it has helped me!
