States with two tier system

    Which states still have a two-tier system wherein CPA candidates are given certificate on passing the exam without requiring to apply for full license?

    I live in Oklahoma and it is a two tier state. Not sure where you can find info about the others.

    B - 79 PASSED (1/4 there!)
    A - 77 PASSED (1/2 there!)
    F - 79 PASSED (3/4 there!)
    R - 83 PASSED (DONE!!!!!!)
