I am currently working on completing the CPA exams. I already passed FAR from the last window and now waiting for my AUD score. I will be taking REG next month and BEC next testing window. Hopefully, everything will fall into place. Fingers crossed.

My concern is I’ve been working in the industry for 4 yrs now and my boss is not an active CPA, is it time to look for a job that would help me get licensed in the near future? I dont have any public experience. 🙁

A guy at my office just joined the firm to get his year in public accounting in and get licensed and get out. I feel like it's a small price to pay for the bigger benefits that await once you are licensed.

    FAR - 78*
    AUD - 66, 79
    REG - 73, 76
    BEC - 79

It depends on the rules of the state. In some states, you do not have to work directly under an actively licensed CPA, but you may need to have a licensed CPA sign off for you. I'd suggest you check with your state board to find out what you need to do for sure if you don't already know.
