Shifting jurisdiction – NJ to MA

    Hello…

I need some advise. I am interested in MA non reporting license; I work in Corp finance and do not work for a cpa. I have got an MBA with 163 credits but fell short on accounting credits – quite a bit. I am thinking of choosing the NJ jurisdiction (which lets candidates sit for the exam with bachelors) and take the exams; once I accumulate 18 accounting credits, I would want to move to MA.

Would that be feasible? Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much.

My understanding from reading the material is yes you can transfer your exam credit but I have yet to have anyone confirm.
