Has anyone ever sent multiple transcripts to the state for proof of meeting the educational requirement? Does it matter if all of your credits are not on one transcript?

I had to send 3 different transcripts. They will all arrive at different times and you will receive deficiency notices until the last one is received when they will send you a qualified notice. Don't freak out about the “you don't meet the requirements” ones like I did – as soon as ALL the transcripts show up they will update it and you will be able to schedule your NTS.

The university that I graduated from had all of my previous transcripts in their own section, but included in my official transcript. I thought since all schools need all previous transcripts it would be the same case anywhere? I'd check with your current school and if they include your cumulative transcripts then just send the one from them.

If you got an AA degree then transferred to a 4 year university to finish your BA it is included in the last transcript, but I had to go to a community college after I got my BA to satisfy a 3 semester hours of business law that was not in my BA transcript. That would probably be why you need more than one transcript.

Exactly, I may take a few courses at a community college to finish the 150 credit hour requirement.

I had my AA from community college send one and another from my university. Wasn't gonna let ten bucks slow down the process. I vaguely remember having to fill out what classes came from what institution, so have the actual transcripts from each probably made it nice and easy for them to tie.

Remember: The less work you make for the auditor, the less questions they usually ask. (Fraud Pro Tip #2, right behind, Fraud Pro Tip #1, pair the auditor with an attractive person from the client)

Hey, send what ever is necessary to provide an official transcript from what ever school they need. they want to ensure you are eligible to take the exam. The process can be a little tedious but what the hey.

    It begins with a 75

I sent 5 transcripts to the state board in Texas and they recorded all of them. I think multiple transcripts are common, especially if the state requires 150 hours. If you are concerned, you might request all of the sealed transcripts be mailed to your address and send all of them to the state in one big envelope. I have done that in other situations and it works.
