Hi All,
n
I was hoping someone on this board can help me out. I have recently passed all four parts of the exam, and am seeking to have my former employer “sign off” on my New York CPA Form 4b. I worked in the Financial Advisory Services field for over 8 years, and according to the form, that work experience counts provided it was under the supervision of a Licensed CPA. I have found someone in my former group who is willing to sign: he is a NJ CPA with his status as “Inactive-Paid”. It seems his license does not expire until next year. Does anyone have any idea if his signature will be sufficient?n
