So I finished the exams but I am a bit confused about the application process from here. I recently finished up with school and my job doesn’t start until January so I haven’t met the one year’s work experience requirement yet.

Since Section 24 on Form 1 requests that the applicant list the employment info he is claiming toward the experience requirement, do I not submit any application forms or anything until I have the work experience completed?

Hey Mike there's a thread related to all things NYS license

To answer your question, I do believe you need to fulfill the one year experience before you can apply for your license. You should be able to verify on the NYS CPA website. Good luck and congrats!
