Hi,

I have passed all 4 papers from Colorado state in Feb 2008 based on my Indian qualification. I did not apply for Colorado license.

And in August 2008 I applied for Florida license through “license by endorsement” and was declined for deficiency in educational requirement. Since then I enrolled for a MBA program from University of Pheonix and will complete next week, but was surprised to see on Florida DPBR website that if the license is not applied within 3 years of passing the exam, the credits expire.

Does the expiry of exam credits apply in case of “licensure by endorsement” and if yes …..can I still apply for license from Colorado state

Also for the last 4 years I have been working under a CPA…will that help in completing the work experience requirement
