Hello everyone,

I’m scheduled to take Audit on the 28th and just saw an opening for the 31st that I want to switch to. Everytime I try to log in I get an error message saying “This appointment is past the cutoff date for modification”. I called prometric and they are closed today of course. How can I make this change before the 31st is filled up?

I had this problem earlier today also. Sounds like a Prometric problem to me. I called (1-800- 580-9648) and they said everything is fine after they looked at my records. I then was able to reschedule.

Sounds to me like a computer glitch to me. Especially since everyone is having this same problem.

Maybe giving it a few hours will help.

Here's a tip someone told me on this site. Get to know the women in the testing area. Know them by name, strike up conversations with them. Have them know you. I was on my way to take my test and was slammed by holiday traffic. By this time I had taking BEC REG AND FAR once and was on my way to take AUD. I called the prometric site to which i was driving, (also a good thing to have the number on hand!!!) and Lee answered, I was like this is monique i am stuck in traffic my exam starts in 5 minutes and on a good day with no traffic I am 10 minutes away. She was like no problem try to get in 35 minutes an i will allow you to start. It cant be longer than that because you are schedule for auditing and that is a long exam. I was like thank you i love you blah blah blah. I took side streets and arrived with like 2 minutes to spare!!

give them a call. Its a computer glitch. happens to me..all the time haha.
