I was taken to a website to purchase a text or cd-rom of the professional ethics course.

Does anyone know if the Professional Ethics Exam that has to be taken after the CPA exam difficult? Is it the same as

setting up an appointment to take the test like the CPA exam?

It's not difficult. It's a test you take from home. Should probably take you less than a day to learn and do.

It varies by state, I think. California's ethics exam has CA-specific questions and is very hard, although not as hard as the CPA exam.
