Hi,
Can anybody share your thoughts for my concern?
Basically, Oregon requires a narrative to describe what I have done to meet their seven core competencies and I need to take an example to support my opinion.
I am doing taxes in a public practice and if I need to support the core competencies, and based on my limited understanding, I need to take a specific example like my client received a letter from AZ for supporting this credit due to what reason. To do so, I did research this and that and my finding was this. However, can I reveal the info without client’s consent? I mean of course, I won’t say client’s name or the name of business but I am not sure what the boundary is to share the client’s info with the board. I’ve read my people’s narratives had been rejected due to lack of details.
Otherwise, I have no idea how to take a detail example. If anybody had experience for licensing to OR, could you please help me out?
Thank you.
