I am trying to take my Ethics exam using the CD course. I registered in the grading site as required and when I put in my serial number and Course code, I keep getting an error that the “serial number is incorrect”. I have verified it many times and also asked my others to verify my input. it is correct and is EXACTLY as printed on the bubble sheet. Did anyone come across this problem? Please help me fix this, I even tried calling State CPA board and AICPA, they are closed( I know, just wishful thinking).
