Are any of them fully online? I’ve looked at all their websites and it seems to me that all have a combination of online, books, CD/DVD/UBS for videos, etc.

Reason I ask is that I’m in Hong Kong, returning to the states in June 2012 and wanted to get a jump start studying for the first few exams.

Wiley has a test bank that is available online.

I recommend CPAexcel. I've really enjoyed it and I used it to pass BEC, although I'm so paranoid about not passing AUD that I'm using CPAexcel, Wiley and the Ninja notes.

@jonathan22… just a word of advice, no matter which course you choose, if you aren't going to begin taking the exam until mid 2012, I wouldn't bother getting a review course until a few weeks/months before you sit for the exam. This exam changes so much (especially REG with tax law changes), your outdated materials may have you focus on the wrong material, or the examiners are testing that material different in 2012 than they did in 2011. At the earliest, I'd wait until late summer 2011 when they have updated materials based on the new exam. Remember that these courses are recorded and books written 6-12 months before (your 2011 materials were probably put together mid 2010).

Oh, and I suggest Yaeger! It's not just a review, it's a teaching course. I failed with Becker… currently passing with Yaeger. Cindy (instructor) and Phil are the reason I have FAR checked off as passed. (Cindy alone got me through BEC).

Just a note – CPAexcel continuously updates their material, so you don't have to worry about it expiring. You have it forever and you always have the most up-to-date information.
