I just found out that I passed my final section of the CPA exam and want to start compiling all paperwork to get my license in NY. I meet the education and experience requirement so I just need to send in all the forms. Can I send in the forms now or do I need to wait until I receive the congratulatory letter? I had sent in all my transcripts when I initially applied for the exam and it was all approved by NASBA. Will I need to send the transcripts in again? Also, I have read in another thread that some people were having issues with Form 4b, the employer certification section. I am applying to be licensed in NY, my supervisor is licensed in NJ and I have worked under this supervisor both in NY and NJ. Does anyone know if this will be an issue? Any insight would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!
