Can anyone verfiy that there is no ethics exam in NC? I read somewhere that you only have to take an 8 hour online ethics course. Is this true?

That is correct. You can take either:

“North Carolina Accountancy Law Course: Ethics, Principles, and Professional Responsibilities” – 8-hour group-study course

or

“North Carolina Accountancy Law Course: Ethics, Principles, and Professional Responsibilities” – 8-hour online self-study course

to satisfy they ethics requirement
