My immediate supervisor (the controller) is not a CPA but the CFO is and he is willing to sign my Statement of Experience (the form that the employer fills out) for NJ. The problem is that on the form that I fill out it asks for my immediate supervisors name and title. Does anyone have any suggestions? It will probably look funny if I write one name and the employer’s form is signed by someone else,
