    Has anyone completed their CPA license application in NJ? I’m trying to fill out the “Criminal History Record Information for Noncriminal Justice Purpose” form and am having trouble understanding what to put for the “Assigned Identifier (ORI Number)”.

    FAR - 86 (July 2014)
    AUD - 85 (Aug 2014)
    REG - 80 (Oct 2014)
    BEC - 81 (Nov 2014)
